Follow this link for a more recent tutorial applying to Windows XP.
The Accessibility Options control panel applet first appeared in Windows 95 and - like the Accessibility Wizard - remains largely unchanged in Windows XP. The applet gives access to most of the features available through the Wizard but each one allows a far greater deal of flexibility. This is important as accessibility strategy should be fine-tuned to individual users rather than relying on a global solution for 'people with sight difficulties' or 'people with physical difficulties'.
The Accessibility Options allow full control over the Windows specialist features but for further flexibility these options need to be combined with the Display, Mouse and Keyboard features found in the Control Panel.
