Well unfortunately there isn't one simple solution to this. You can change font sizes in your word processor, web browser, and even in different parts of Windows itself but computers of today are really lacking simplicity in this area. What we could really do with is a question when we first sit down at the computer that asks what text size you'd like across the board. I'm certain that it'll come in the future and perhaps even Microsoft's next version of Windows, Longhorn, will have this feature.
