The Grid

The Grid, from Sensory Software , is one of the most important developments in assistive technology over the past seven years. It gives people with the most severe physical difficulties access to any computer which in turn can liberate them from their physical constraints.

The Grid is primarily designed for expressive communication, written and verbal, and has support for environmental control. But a range of intuitive on-screen keyboards included with the software allow access to familiar computer programs that can be used to access email, browse the web, play games and more.
